PHASE 1: Clarify & Plan

Very often we dive in to a goal without really understanding what we want from it OR make goals that aren't realistic. We also struggle with how to plan out our goals. As a result we often end up being inconsistent and overwhelmed.

It doesn't have to be that way.

In this phase we start at the beginning to set you up for success by laying the groundwork for successful goal-setting with an ADHD brain.

We will be
  • Getting crystal clear on your goals & why they matter to you.
  • Breaking down our goals into small doable steps
  • Planning and scheduling out our tasks to accomplish the goal.

PHASE 2: Momentum & Management

Getting momentum in the first place can be a challenge. Maintaining it, especially once the dopamine runs out, is even tougher.  As a result we often give up and/or move on to something else.

In this phase we will be showing you how to get and maintain momentum to achieve your goals.

  • Notice where your ADHD challenges show up

PHASE 3: Accountability & RefleCTion

This phase helps you understand the importance of accountability and why reflection can make a world of difference in your goal setting.

PHASE 4: INDEPENDENT WORK AND IMPLEMENTATION

When are the weekly calls?
Weekly calls are on Tuesday evenings at 7pm CDT (check here for your time zone: Time Zone Wizard), beginning on July 16th. 

There will be replays. 

You get more value from being on the calls live so you can ask questions in real time but we also understand this time may not work for everyone, every week.
