Shame-free, live support
Join The Radical Reset: A 7-Week Action Lab where we finally finish A Radical Guide for Women with ADHD* - together, live, and without the shame.
You don’t need another planner. You need a Body Double.
Next cohort: Thursdays, 7:00–8:30 PM CT
April 2 – May 14 (7 live sessions)
Spots are intentionally limited so the group feels safe, spacious, and never overwhelming.
* This group is an independent book study centered on 'A Radical Guide for Women with ADHD' by Sari Solden and Michelle Frank. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the authors or publisher. Participants must purchase their own copy of the workbook.
You bought the book. You highlighted Chapter 1. Now it’s sitting on your desk, gathering dust alongside the three planners you bought and abandoned.
Let's get one thing straight: You aren't lazy. You are a neurodivergent woman navigating a world built for neurotypical brains.
You’re exhausted from masking—holding it all together at work only to experience massive ADHD burnout the second you get home. For some of you, add in the shifting hormones of perimenopause, and it’s no wonder your executive function is tapped out.
You don't need to read another list of organization hacks. You need a system that actually forces you to take action.
You are not lazy. Your brain is not broken. You just weren’t meant to do this alone.

The Radical Reset isn't a passive course you’ll buy and forget. It’s a 7-week live Action Lab.
We use the proven strategy of body doubling to bypass your analysis paralysis. We meet live on Google Meet, mute our microphones, and actually complete the workbook exercises during the call.
The ADHD Tax: Stopping the cycle of late fees, forgotten tasks, and time blindness.
The Overwhelm: Managing RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria) and the mental load.
The Execution: Ditching rigid rules and building a "Dopamine Menu" of strategies that actually work for your brain
You log on. You do the work. You log off with a finished chapter.
Gentle accountability: you’re not doing it alone in your head.
Built-in start and end times, so you don’t have to “find” time.
A calm, co-regulated room makes it easier to stay present.
Other women reflecting your experience back - without judgment.
Your nervous system learns that growth can feel safe, not punishing.
This is a shame-free zone. Pajamas welcome. Fidget toys, snacks, and messy houses are all invited.
WHEN: Thursday Nights @ 7:30 PM CST
WHERE: Google Meet (Link provided inside your portal)
DATES: April 2nd – May 14th
We start right after Spring Break and finish before the summer chaos hits.
The Format: 15 mins of Strategy →45 mins of Live Body Doubling → 30 mins of Action Planning.

We set the tone for a shame-free space, name the knots you’re living in, and gently locate yourself in the book’s framework.

Explore how you’ve learned to perform, shrink, or disappear—and what it’s costing you. You choose your own pace of sharing.

Gently loosen the rules you’ve lived by and experiment with new possibilities, with the group as your witness.

Look at rest, care, and capacity through an ADHD-informed lens, without moralizing or productivity pressure.

Explore what it means to be seen as your real self - in relationships, work, and your inner world.

Play with claiming space, voice, and needs - without abandoning your sensitivity or nervous system.

Gather what you’ve learned, honor the shifts you’ve made, and co-create a realistic, ADHD-friendly next-steps plan.
I created The Radical Alignment Cohort because I watched so many women buy A Radical Guide for Women with ADHD, love the idea of it, and then quietly feel worse when they couldn’t get through it alone.
My work lives at the intersection of neurodivergent-friendly structure and deep self-compassion. I care much less about you “doing it right” and much more about you feeling less alone in your own brain.
In this cohort, you can come with your hair unbrushed, your background a mess and your feelings very-much-in-progress. Your wholeness is welcome here—especially the parts that think they’re too much or not enough.

A gentle, ADHD-friendly guide to help you set up your space, manage energy, and care for your nervous system before and after sessions.
A quiet, curated online space (not a noisy Facebook group) where you can share reflections, ask questions, and connect between sessions—only if and when you want to.
Light, clear emails before each session so you don’t have to hold all the details in your brain.
Because this is the very first time I am running this specific 7-week "Action Lab" format live, I am keeping the group small and offering a one-time Founding Member Rate.
The future retail price for this cohort will be $397, but you can join this spring pilot group for just $247. That is a $150 savings!!!
Why the discount? I know this material changes lives, but I want to work closely with this first group to fine-tune the pacing. In exchange for the special rate, I just ask that you share your honest feedback on which exercises gave you the biggest breakthroughs, and provide a testimonial at the end of our 7 weeks together.

Every session is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You can use the replay to body-double on your own time.
Come anyway. We review the core concepts at the start of the call. Read it during the 45-minute work block. Perfectionism is what got you stuck in the first place; we don't do that here.
You get to decide how much you share. There will be invitations to reflect and connect, but you can always pass, type in the chat, or simply listen. Silent participation is still participation.

"I wasn't joking when I said I didn't want to work hard... but it's exactly what I needed.
Because you have ADHD too, you understand our struggles.
You knew what we needed and stuck to your guns in getting us to do the work—but always had grace when we struggled.
Without this, I'd still be stuck exactly where I was. It has totally paid off!"

"A massive shout out of thanks Jorie Houlihan.
You will never grasp the depths of how you have inspired me...
I have learnt the depths of which my ADHD brain works, things that have triggered me are slowly not causing reactions...
You are one hell of a woman. You empower me and you inspire me to go for what I want."
