I'm Jorie Houlihan — life coach for women with ADHD, and host of the podcast ADHD &... with Jorie Houlihan.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at almost 50 years old. Almost 50 - which means I spent decades blaming myself for things that were never my fault. I thought I was lazy. Undisciplined. 15 min — Coaching + Context:

Jorie opens each session with targeted coaching on where you are in the book, what the exercises are asking of you, and what typically gets in the way for ADHD brains.

45 min — Guided Work Session:

We do the exercises together, live. You're not working alone — you're working alongside a group of women who get it, with Jorie coaching in real time as things come up.

30 min — Clarity + Commitment:

We set the tone for a shame-free space, name the knots you’re living in, and gently locate yourself in the book’s framework.

Week 3: Adjusting to Possibility

Gently loosen the rules you’ve lived by and experiment with new possibilities, with the group as your witness.

Look at rest, care, and capacity through an ADHD-informed lens, without moralizing or productivity pressure.

Explore what it means to be seen as your real self - in relationships, work, and your inner world.

Week 6: Taking Center Stage

Play with claiming space, voice, and needs - without abandoning your sensitivity or nervous system.

Week 7: Integration & Action Plan

Gather what you’ve learned, honor the shifts you’ve made, and co-create a realistic, ADHD-friendly next-steps plan.

"Do I need to buy the book?"

Yes. You need your own physical copy of A Radical Guide for Women with ADHD. For copyright reasons we cannot make copies, etc.

"I don't know if I can commit to 7 weeks."
