The Radical Reset is a 7-week live group Action Lab where we work through A Radical Guide for Women with ADHD together — on Google Meet, in real time, actually doing the exercises instead of just reading about them.

Each session uses coaching and body doubling, which means you show up, we mute our microphones, and we work. You log on with something to do and log off with it done. No homework. No falling behind. Just focused action with other women who get it.

You have a book, a workbook, or a to-do list that has been sitting untouched and you cannot seem to make yourself start.

Private ADHD Coaching

Flexible, 1:1 support tailored to you & your brain

These sessions are built around you. We look at how your ADHD shows up in your real life, build your self-awareness, and find systems that fit the way your brain works. No scripts, no generic advice. Just honest, focused coaching based on where you are right now.

Sessions are 25 to 50 minutes and held on Google Meet. You set the pace.
