Once we have a better idea of how ADHD impacts you specifically, we decide on action steps to take during the week to move you closer to your goals that work for your brain. We then review which steps were taken between appointments to see what worked, what didn't & why.

Frequently Asked Questions

If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
Please reach out at any time if you're not satisfied with your coaching. We do our best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds.

How does appointment scheduling work?
When you've completed purchasing you can log in to your coaching account. From there, you can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment.

How long are coaching sessions?
Your first appointment is always an hour because we do an initial intake. At that session, we determine how long your sessions will be. Some clients do an hour a week. Some divide that time up throughout the week for more accountability. We will customize it to work best for you.

Are there any minimum requirements?
Yes. Once you have been accepted you will sign a coaching agreement. You must commit to a minimum of 3 consecutive months of coaching. The minimum required number of hours of coaching per month is two.
